BookingBunch is a new travel agency. These terms cover use of this website (bookingbunch.com) itself — not any trip you book with us, which will have its own written agreement.
What this website is
This site is here to tell you about BookingBunch and let you start a conversation about a trip. Submitting the contact form, calling, or emailing us is an inquiry, not a booking. No reservation, itinerary, or price becomes final until we've confirmed it with you in writing.
Pricing shown on this site
Budget tiers and trip examples on this site are illustrative starting points, not quotes. We don't have fixed package prices — every itinerary is built for the specific group asking, and actual cost depends on dates, availability, and supplier pricing at the time of booking.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you provide your mobile number to us, you consent to receive SMS messages from BookingBunch about your trip inquiry or booking — things like confirmations, itinerary updates, and answers to your questions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Our role in your trip
When you do book with us, BookingBunch acts as an intermediary connecting you with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel suppliers. Those suppliers' own terms, fares, and cancellation policies apply to the services they provide, and we'll make sure you have them before you commit to anything.
No guarantees on website content
We try to keep this site accurate, but travel availability, pricing, and offerings change constantly. We don't guarantee that anything described here is current, and travel itself carries inherent risks (weather, delays, supplier changes) that are outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, BookingBunch isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. This section doesn't limit any rights you have that can't be waived under applicable law.
